Periodically I will have people who stop by my office or shoot me an email to share something that they believe  is really important for my job.  Many times what is shared is really good stuff.  Sometimes it is leadership advice, or thoughts on preaching, or suggestions on being a parent and a variety of other things.  This stuff is great and helpful.  But there is on thing, everyone should want for me.  There is one thing that is the most important thing for me as a pastor.  The most important thing for me to do for Grace Fellowship is to be passionately in love with Jesus and growing in that relationship.  This is by far the most important thing I can do for the church.  It is also the most important thing I can do for my wife and my kids.  A passionate and growing faith is the engine for anything that I would do of value.  This is true for me and it is true for you as well.
