Many of us want to change.  We want to lose weight, quit smoking, read more, run faster, learn how to fix a car, etc.  We want to move from here to there in something.  And often there is a catalyst, an event, a talk, a death, a study, etc.), that sparks us and says now is the time.  We are often emotional and ready to go.  We say things like “no more” and “I am going to change this time” and “this has got to stop.”  But let me just tell you – the catalyst, the passion is not enough.  You need a plan.  You need to train to win.  You need others.  You need to read.  You need discipline.  Change is not magical.  It is a process that is built on the right habits over a consistent period of time.
