I am so thankful for many leaders that have influenced me over the years.  But over the last few years, I am really grateful to many senior pastors I have never even met.  These men have a perspective that says let us others learn from us. Let the kingdom be blessed by our experiences.  Let’s give away all we can to others.  I think this is just awesome.  They do not hoard the blessings and success to themselves.  Instead, they say, here you go.  Thank you to guys like Mike, Jeff, Michael, Steven,  Andy, and Tim.  The kingdom is fortunate to have leaders with such hearts.
