Rest

I am learning the importance of rest.  I am finding that performance and effectiveness suffer when I allow myself to get run down.  I know this seems like a no brainer, but I really used to underestimate this.  I notice huge differences in my attitude, ability to focus, and quality of performance when I am well rested.  This gets so lost in my list of what must get done.
